The Connetic Venture Capital Access Fund is an SEC registered, electronically traded interval fund built specifically to work inside advisory practices. It replaces K-1s with a 1099, lowers investment minimums, and removes the operational friction that has historically kept venture capital out of model portfolios. This advisor-first design was conceived by Connetic Ventures’ founder, Brad Zapp, who understands the challenges of private venture capital firsthand. Before founding Connetic, Brad was the managing partner of an independent RIA.
