Community Capital Management Announces Sales & Marketing Partnership

Impact investment pioneer retains Havener Capital Partners

Ft. Lauderdale, FL (August 29, 2017)Community Capital Management (CCM) is excited to announce a new partnership with third party marketing agency Havener Capital Partners (Havener). Havener provides outsourced sales and marketing services to investment managers and will be reaching out to help Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and family offices discover and benefit from CCM’s extensive expertise in managing impact investing fixed income and ESG liquid alternative portfolios. Havener will be instrumental in the sales and marketing efforts for CCM, building awareness of CCM’s mission to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns through investment strategies that contribute to positive environmental and social outcomes.

CCM was founded in 1998 and currently manages over $2.4 billion in assets – including the CRA Qualified Investment Fund (tickers: CRAIX/CRANX/CRATX), the CCM Alternative Income Fund (ticker: CCMNX), and separately managed accounts. Clients include foundations, pension funds, religious organizations, not-for-profits, banks, and financial advisors and their clients. CCM allows investors the ability to create bespoke portfolios customized to reflect the geographies or themes that align with the investor’s vision.

"As impact investing pioneers, we believe in innovation. That spirit is built into our business structure and culture, research process, and sales and marketing efforts," said Todd Cohen, CEO and CIO of CCM. "We are eager to share our story, including our longevity, experience, and pioneering research methodology in impact investing, with RIAs and family offices. Teaming up with Havener is a natural fit due to the depth of the team, their existing relationships with investors, and their cutting-edge approach to sales and marketing."

"Impact investing is gaining a considerable amount of traction with RIAs and family offices," said Stacy Havener, Founder and CEO of Havener Capital Partners. "For nearly two decades, CCM has been an influential force in impact investing, providing clients the opportunity to target by geography or impact theme – an incredibly powerful benefit – which is still unknown by many investors as an option within fixed income impact investing. Given their primary focus on institutional investors, we're thrilled to have them as a client to be able to share with RIAs and family offices their pioneering and successful approach."
